Attendant Care 1:1 Supports
Attendant Care services can help support customers in learning the skills needed for independent living. A provider can support an individual in activities of daily living such as grocery shopping, cooking and kitchen safety, cleaning, riding public transportation, money management or any other task that the customer would like to work on.
Our Attendant Care services can also provide one-to-one support for our customers in helping to support them accessing their communities. With the support of a provider, individuals can participate in programs or activities that might otherwise be inaccessible to them. Providers can help their customer increase their self-esteem, encourage their independence, and develop connections within their communities.
DSA Services: Journeys Day Program
Journeys is a community-based day support program for adults with developmental disabilities. We are a part of the Companion Program which serves people in the DD population through Day Supports, Attendant Care and Employment Services. Our focus as an organization is to provide a quality, affordable community resource for individuals with disabilities so that they will be more successful in their personal, social, and recreational goals and become stronger self-advocates.
