The Brokerage System
Brokerage Support Services help eligible individuals identify and coordinate the supports they might need. When working with the Brokerage System, customers will work with a Personal Agent who acts as a facilitator for all of the supports that a customer may need. They will help to coordinate all of the supports for the customer. Support services are based upon the knowledge that people have choice and control over life goals and services.
